I hope that this message finds you well and safe. Needless to say, for some, face-to-face therapy is not an option. And, with circumstances changing so rapidly, they are, at this time, inadvisable.
Maintaining our relationship and supporting you through these difficult circumstances is a priority for me. Please know, therefore, that to meet your needs, I will be available for tele-health/FaceTime sessions beginning next week. These sessions can and may need to be scheduled at times which may or may not coincide with the day and time of your regular sessions in order to accommodate the changes in all of our circumstances and schedules, ie: children at home, caring for elderly parents, changes in work schedules, etc. As a result, our sessions may be shorter (45 minutes instead of 60, for some).
We know this crisis will pass - hopefully, sooner rather than later. Please let me know of any schedule changes you may need for your session so that I may best meet your needs. I will do everything possible to accommodate those needs.
Please stay well and know that I am here for you if and when you need me.
All the best to you and your loved ones,
